Each floor of the three floors has a center hallway going the length of the building approximaely 70 feet, from the North side to the South side of the building. The womens and mens public restrooms, an emergency exit, and emergency fire equipment are at the South end of the North/South hallway of each floor. The flex design can be applied to the East and West side of each floors' North/South hallway. The current configurations of each floor are described below. As with all three floors the North side of the Basement/First floor is the entrance foyer, elevator and main stairwell. The West side of the second floor has a large reception/waiting area. After this reception/waiting area is a transition office which then leads to a common area/4 office pod. One of these four offices is plumbed for a sink which could be a break room. The East side of the second floor has a 3 office pod area with it's own reception/common area. One of these three offices is plumbed for a sink to potentially be a break room. Next on the East side of the second floor is a single office. At the end of the East side of the second floor is a 3 office pod area with common/recepetion/bullpen area. This 3 office pod has glass walls between the offices and common area to promote colaboration and also has an exterior terrace off the common area. As with all three floors the womens and men's public restrooms, emergency exit and emergency fire equipment are at the South end of the second floor hallway.

THIRD FLOOR:
As with all floors the third floor entrance foyer with elevator and main stairwell are on the North side of the third floor. In addition the entrance foyer on the this floor also has an exterior balcony overlooking the front parking lot of the building. The West side of the third floor has a reception/waiting area. After the reception/waiting area there are two large bullpen/conference rooms with an office at the end of the West side of the third floor. The East side of the third floor has a large bullpen area. After this bullpen area is a hallway to the left leading to a 4 office pod. The womens and mens public restrooms, emergency fire equipment and emergency exit are at the South end of the third floor hallway.

ROOFTOP TERRACE:
The top of the main stairwell at the North side of the building gives access to the rooftop terrace. The roof has a railing around the entire rooftop for safety and has views over the Bayamon/Guaynabo area to the hills of Puerto Rico. There is also a separately owned rooftop cell site and a storage room on the roof.
